one. charcuterie boards.
Since Ailey’s doctor said to limit our dairy intake, I might have to put together a little charcuterie board this weekend featuring some yummy cheese.
two. Christmas bedroom goals.
Since Santa won’t be delivering any gifts under the tree for me anymore, can he decorate my bedroom instead? I know Christmas bedding would only be appropriate for 6 weeks or so, but maybe that’s something I can ask for next year.
three. dress up.
I think it’s official – Annabelle is not going to be a tomboy. Granted she likes to run and play in the dirt, she is pretty much obsessed with all things pink, frilly, and sparkly. Annabelle’s bonnet and monogrammed outfit are from Brooke’s Treehouse. If you place an order by December 17 (tomorrow!), you can have a Christmas outfit for your little girl/boy.
four. my new bff
Even though his little flashlight makes me shudder as it reveals all the crud on our floors, I am in love with this Shark Navigator Pro Lift-Away Upright Vacuum. I found it at Costco after my bff told me she had found the perfect inexpensive vacuum for her multi-floor type home.
five. weekend plans.
Gingerbread house decorating, Christmas shopping and wrapping, and a little dinner party is what’s ahead for us this weekend. I kind of want to have presents wrapped before Christmas Eve, so Mr. Clause and I can enjoy the evening after the girls go to bed. However, I worry if Annabelle finds her wrapped presents from Santa she might figure everything out. She is too smart for her own good and asked 1000 questions about Bernard the Elf.
