Happiest of birthdays to our little ballerina Annabelle Claire.
We are beyond blessed to be your Mommy and Daddy (and Ailey says sister too). The world became a better place when you were born on December 13, 2013 at 2:15 am weighing 7lbs and measuring 20.5 inches long. Your eyes were the darkest brown and you seemed to smile, “Hello” at us. I’ll never forget the way you grabbed my fingers when I first held you and how you hold my hand today. May every day be the best you’ve ever had.
Bunny (and paci), baby dolls, playing dress up, high heels, pink, twirling/leaping/doing ballet (bayet), lil woodzeezs, playing Grizzly Bear, The Wizard of Oz, reading books, “Rocky Top/Go Vols,” “Santa Clause is Coming to Town,” watching a sunset, feeding the birds with Noni, asking what Nono and Dolce are doing, telling Mommy and Daddy what to do with Muffin (don’t let him poop on the rug, don’t let him wake me up, don’t let him go outside), eating raw pizza dough, candy, asking questions, going shopping/cooking with Mommy, helping Daddy clean the dump box, taking showers, telling Muffin what to do, laying in her sister’s stuff (bumbo, lamby).
Loud noises, bugs, the dark, seeing others cry, being told No and being told what to do. She doesn’t like rule breakers (but sometimes is one herself).
You’re everything I ever dreamt you would be and so much more. You surprise us every day with your humor, love, sass, enthusiasm for life, and endless inquisitions. You say we are best friends and I know it is true.
