People are always looking for easy crockpot dinner ideas that won’t break the budget or take away from time with their family (pets included!). While I work on putting together personal recipes and photos from my go-to easy weeknight dinners, I want to share my favorite easy crockpot dinners for weeknights from Pinterest.
Chicken Burrito Bowls
There are so many variations of shredded chicken taco recipes you can make in the crockpot for an easy weeknight dinner. This recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowls looks incredible. Here is a recipe for a slow cooker vegetarian burrito bowl.
Honey Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
I love any kind of slow cooked meat that you can put in a crockpot in the morning and not worry about until its dinner time. I would serve this dish alongside potatoes, rice, and a vegetable. Steam-able packages of vegetables, rice, potatoes, and even pasta make dinner easier when you’re pressed for time.
Crockpot Chicken Phillies
I’ve not made these in awhile, but check out my personal recipe for crockpot chicken philly sandwiches. They’re scrumptious!
Slow Cooker Italian Chicken
I could probably eat this slow cooker Italian chicken on a variety of things – crusty bread, potato roll, baked potato, pasta, or even by itself.
Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili Mac
This recipe reminds me of a dish my Mom used to make when I was little, but there was meat involved. Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili Mac sounds so delicious (and packed with protein).
Slow Cooker Potato Soup
I absolutely love a bowl of thick creamy potato soup when the temperatures start to drop. I’ve never made a soup like this with bacon and greek yogurt stirred in while it cooks, but I bet it tastes delicious. This recipe by Paula Deen sounds amazing as it has hash browns in the mix too!
Anything that includes the word “lazy” in the title must be easy. Lazy Crockpot Lasagna recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner. I love the use of frozen raviolis and how you can buy any flavor for your lazy lasagna.
Tortellini Soup with Spinach and Chicken
For my last recipe, I’ll give you a sneak peek at a personal homemade dinner I whipped up one evening. You can cook this Tortellini Soup with Spinach and Chicken in the crockpot or right on the stove in very little time. I use store bought rotisserie chicken and fresh tortellini, so the only thing that really isn’t already cooked is the spinach. We love to eat this soup with crusty bread or crackers.
